Directions & Parking
Getting There by Public Transportation
You can reach the “Luegplatz” stop from Düsseldorf Central Station via the U-Bahn lines
U70, U75, U76, and U77 in seven minutes. You can easily plan your individual trip to the Rheinkirmes using the schedule information in the Rheinbahn app or
at www.rheinbahn.de.
On almost all lines, there will be increased service during the ten-day event, far exceeding the
regular schedule
Traveling by Car
In addition to the usual parking garages and P&R lots available in the city,
in 2026—under the leadership and responsibility of the State Capital of Düsseldorf—on the
weekends with the highest visitor numbers (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), two parking garages,
conveniently located with excellent transportation connections, will be offered free of charge:
Campus Vodafone GmbH parking garage, Ferdinand-Braun-Platz 1, 40549 Düsseldorf
Accessible via the A3 from the Rheinallee Tunnel or via the Theodor-Heuss Bridge, or via the A57
from the direction of the A52. From the parking garage, take the U76 or U77 from the “Prinzenallee” stop
to the “Luegplatz” stop.
Provinzial Insurance Parking Garage
(Hohensandweg 41, 40591 Düsseldorf; 600 spaces on Fridays, 800 on weekends)
Near the A 46 highway (Exit No. 24, Wersten). Access is via Kölner Landstraße
and Hohensandweg and is regulated by a traffic officer. The parking garage can also
be used as an official P+R facility on weekdays, but only after prior
registration at www.duesseldorf-parken.de. If you take the U76 from there at the “Werstener
Dorfstraße” stop toward Krefeld, you can reach the
“Luegplatz” stop in 15 minutes without changing trains.
