50 years of Europapark! Europapark is known as Germany’s largest theme park and has a long history to go with it. On July 12, 2025, the park celebrates its 50th birthday to the day with the motto “Celebrating under the stars”. To mark the occasion, there will be many special offers, events and celebrations on the anniversary weekend. Of course, all themed areas and attractions will also be open and shows will take place as usual.
50 Jahre Europapark Zeppelin
The zeppelin was specially designed and built for the park’s birthday. From July 11-14, the 75-meter-long flying object will circle over the park and the surrounding area. The two mascots Ed Euromaus and Edda Euromausi can be seen on it.
Grand Prix of Europe
The animated film, a collaboration between MACK Magic and Warner Bros. Film Productions Germany, celebrates its world premiere on July 12. The story convinces with action and humor and takes you on an adventurous journey for the whole family. After the premiere, the film will be shown in numerous cinemas in Germany, Austria and German-speaking Switzerland.
Anniversary parade
The anniversary parade consists of impressive floats, special dance performances and magnificent costumes.
50 years Europapark summer night party
The anniversary summer night party will take place on July 12. The park will be open for guests until midnight and there will be a bunch of surprises and specials including live bands, walking acts and much more. The six themed bouncy castles in Austria are particularly interesting for children. In the evening, to celebrate 50 years of Europapark, there will be a DJ party in Croatia and a silent disco on Botta Platz.
