On April 12 at 12 noon the time has come! The new roller coaster Helios opens at Fantasiana Erlebnispark Strasswalchen in Austria. Find out what you can expect here.
Helios is a roller coaster of the Stryker Coaster type from the German manufacturer Mack Rides. There will be a brand new Mediterranean themed area called “Sonnenbucht” in the park. Helios is a god who travels through the sky in his sun chariot. So take a seat on the chariot and glide through the skies.
The project amounts to a total of around 7 million euros, so we can expect great things. The result is a unique adventure including exciting elements during the ride. There will be a total of three upside-down rides in the form of two corkscrews and a barrel roll downdrop. But that’s not all! You can also expect moments of weightlessness and lots of fast turns and twists. Helios at Fantasiana will be spectacular.
