Ravensburger Spieleland is a medium-sized, family-friendly amusement park in Meckenbeuren close to the Bodensee. In addition to numerous play options and interactive games, there are also several attractions and rides based on Ravensburger’s classic games. Starting September 12, this offering will be expanded to include an interactive attraction based on “Scotland Yard.” You can find all the information about the fast-paced chase here.
September 12 is the big day when the new attraction at Ravensburger Spieleland opens. Scotland Yard is a Ravensburger bestseller, so the park wanted to create a suitable attraction to go with it. The first ground was broken back in October 2024, and now, almost a year later, the time has finally come and the world first is opening. Billy Biber Alpine Rafting was closed and converted for the new attraction. Aufwind Rides is responsible for Scotland Yard.
It will be an interactive, thrilling, and captivating adventure. The chase through London takes place both indoors and outdoors, and the interactive components make every ride unique. The vehicles can each accommodate six people and drive completely autonomously, i.e., without rails. Some of them were manufactured using a 3D printer. After extensive construction work and adjustments to the theming, the first test drives took place on August 21. Technical effects and details were coordinated and finalized. The attraction is now ready to go and awaiting its opening on September 12.
