Summer is slowly coming to an end and autumn is just around the corner. That also means that the first Halloween events will start in September. All information about upcoming events can be found here.

Austria

September 14, Prater Vienna: The children’s flea market is organized by children for children. The flea market takes place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. but only in good weather. The proceeds from the €15 stand fees will be donated to the Sterntalerhof children’s hospice.

Denmark

September 20 Danfoss Universe: This celebration of nature is all about natural and regional products. Local exhibitors offer various samples of nature’s treasures.

September 27 BonBon Land: Halloween season begins in the park, transforming it into a spooky place. There are pumpkins, haunted houses, trick-or-treat bags, and lots of little activities and competitions for the whole family.

Finland

September 5–28 Linnanmäki: Halloween season arrives at the park with the Horror Festival. There are four horror zones, five horror houses, and specially designed food offerings. The horror attractions are recommended for ages 15 and up.

September 13 Särkänniemi: The Summer Season Finale celebrates the end of summer. There will be a live concert by Mirella and a big fireworks display to round off the day.

September 13 Power Park: The closing party celebrates a breathtaking end to the season. Admission is free on this day, and you can look forward to an exciting program and lively entertainment.

France

September 20 & 21 Jardin d’acclimatation: The K-Festival is a Korean harvest festival. It celebrates the friendship between Seoul and Paris with traditional music, traditional dances, costume parades, and street food.

Weekends in September Ok Corral: Été Indien is all about Native Americans. You can admire traditional costumes and dances. There are also other activities for the whole family.

Germany

September 5 to 7 Wunderland Kalkar: The Reactor Festival is a unique festival held in a former nuclear power plant. For 48 hours, several artists will be heating things up with their music.

September 6 to 14 Ritter Rost Magic Park: The mega bouncy castle party is included in the admission price and guarantees fun for younger guests in particular. Numerous bouncy castles will be set up throughout the park, all of which can be used for free.

September 6 & 7 Freizeitland Geiselwind: At Furry Weekend, you’ll meet lots of friends on paws. There will be a stamp campaign, photo opportunities, a plush parade, and various other activities.

September 6 & 7 Movie Park: Look forward to trucks, vintage cars, and muscle cars at the US Car Show. Many special car models will be on display in front of the wooden roller coaster “The Bandit”.

September 6 & 7 Plopsaland Germany: In collaboration with DS.AUTOMOTIVE, the Cars & Coasters event returns. Over 150 unique cars will be on display, and there will also be lectures and small shows.

September 12 to October 5 Eifelpark: Eifelpark Leuchten is a popular event that takes place from Thursday to Sunday. As darkness falls, the park is transformed into an enchanting landscape of lights, including illuminated figures and projections.

September 13 & 14 Freizeitland Geiselwind: The Back-to-School Party focuses on children who have just started school. Upon presentation of proof of enrollment, children receive free admission and can enjoy a colorful program with various activities.

September 13 & 14 Europa Park: Experience Spanish traditions up close at the Spanish Festival. Flamenco shows, traditional music, and a great culinary offering await you in the Spanish themed area.

September 20 & 27 Heide Park: The new Late Night Rides event promises thrilling roller coaster rides while the park is transformed into a sea of lights. Breathtaking lighting effects guarantee a magical night.

September 21 Europa Park: Alsace Day is all about this small region in France. There will be traditional costume groups, traditional music, live entertainment, and delicious delicacies.

September 24 to November 8 Europa Park: Traumatica is an additional Halloween event at the park. Various haunted houses are located in a separate area, and food and drinks are also available. The event is for ages 16 and up and requires a special ticket.

September 26 to 28 Skyline Park: The Oktober Festival invites you to celebrate. In the Bavarian village, seven live bands, orchestras, and brass bands create a unique Oktoberfest atmosphere. Of course, traditional foods will also be available.

September 27 & 28 Ravensburger Spieleland: During its Road Safety Days, the park offers everything related to road safety. Various police officers will be on site and conduct various training sessions with the children.

September 27 to November 9 Movie Park: The well-known and popular Halloween Horror Festival returns to the park. There are over 280 monsters and street acts, 4 scare zones, a live DJ, customized shows, and, of course, various horror houses.

September 27 & 28 Ritter Rost Magic Park: The Regiotage festival focuses on local providers. Associations, companies, artists, artisans, projects, and restaurants are represented. In addition, a flea market will take place in front of the park on Sunday.

Italy

September 1 to 28 Movieland Park: The American Beer Fest is an American-style party. The program includes specialty beers, culinary delicacies, American games, and exclusive shows and decorations.

September 13 to 28 Magicland: At the Oktober Festival, you can sample many different beers and enjoy a variety of street food. Everything is based on the typical Bavarian Oktoberfest.

September 13 to 29 Gardaland: Gardaland is also hosting an Oktoberfest. In addition to festive live music, there will be decorations, various beers, and traditional Bavarian dishes. Everything that belongs to the Alpine festival will be there.

Poland

November 19 to October 5 Energylandia: The golden Polish autumn surprises visitors with autumn decorations and street acts. There are also special shows and performances.

November 27 to October 5 Energylandia: Oktoberfest is all about the popular Munich festival. In addition to Bavarian beer and traditional food, there is also live music and eye-catching decorations.

Spain

September 20 to November 11 Port Aventura: Halloween comes to the park. Among the many autumnal decorations, there are spooky characters roaming the park. There are also several haunted houses and special shows.

United Kingdom

September 3 to 26 Chessington World of Adventures: Paw Patrol Autumn is all about the popular four-legged friends. The whole family can take part in a scavenger hunt through the park or search for Chickaletta, who has run away. Of course, there will also be meet & greets with Paw Patrol.

Saturdays in September Blackpool Pleasure Beach: An Oktoberfest is also held here. Traditional food is on offer and the Bavarian Stompers band really gets the party going.

September 27 to November 2 Alton Towers: Screamfest is a Halloween event for the whole family. During the day, younger guests can celebrate Halloween with various shows, trick-or-treat trails, and photo opportunities. In the evening, the fun really gets going with two scare zones and several haunted houses.

USA

September 5 to November 2 Busch Gardens Tampa: Howl o Scream is one of the biggest Halloween events in an amusement park. There are several scare zones, haunted houses, spooky shows, and much more.

September 5 to November 1 Sea World Orlando: Howl o Scream is also taking place here. There will be 5 haunted houses, 6 scare zones, 5 bars, 4 nighttime attractions, and special shows.

September 6 to October 26 Busch Gardens Tampa: Candys Sweetacular Celebration is the park’s family-friendly Halloween event. Children can go trick-or-treating, listen to stories from the witch Kandy, and attend various kid-friendly shows.
