In March, some parks start their season and the first major events begin. Find out which ones here.

Germany

March 1 Ritter Rost Magic Park: Species Conservation Day focuses on sustainability. The protection of animals, habitats, and biodiversity is at the forefront here and is presented to children in a playful way. In addition to various exhibitors, there is a quiz, hands-on activities, and a prize draw.

March 7 to April 12 Oskarshausen: At Easter, the park is transformed into an Easter paradise with photo opportunities, Easter customs from around the world, and craft stations. The Easter Bunny has also announced that he will be visiting on certain days.

March 20–22 Ritter Rost Magic Park: The park is celebrating its 55th anniversary. A festive atmosphere, a market square with game booths, a colorful stage program, and tasty treats are all on the agenda.

March 28 to April 12 Tripsdrill: With the Colorful Easter Egg Hunt and 3D Painting, two events take place at the same time. On the one hand, the park will be decorated for Easter and there will be an Easter egg hunt. On the other hand, 3D graphics will be painted throughout the park.

Italy

March 21 & 22 Zoosafari Fasanolandia: Zoocomix is a mixture of comics, games, and cosplay. There are various meet & greets and a varied program.

Netherlands

March 28 to April 6 Julianatoren: At Easter, you can go on an Easter egg hunt in the park with Jul & Julia. There are normal eggs hidden, but also rare eggs that can win you great prizes. Participation is included in the admission price.

United Kingdom

March 28 to April 12 Paultons Park: This Easter, you can meet Bobtail Bunny and Betty Bunny at Hoppy Easter. It is not yet clear whether there will be any other Easter activities.

March 28 to April 12 Legoland Windsor: The Lego Ninjago Celebration is being held to mark the 15th anniversary of Lego Ninjago. There are various activities such as meeting the Ninjago heroes and a building challenge.

USA

March 6 to May 10 Busch Gardens Tampa: The Food, Wine & Garden Festival invites visitors on a culinary journey. There will also be a series of concerts featuring top artists such as Flo Rida and Robin Thicke.

March 6 to April 27 Disney California Adventure: During the Food & Wine Festival, the park is transformed into a culinary paradise. There are numerous appetizers and special drinks to sample. There is also live music and a wide range of entertainment.

March 12-17 Busch Gardens Williamsburg: The Irish festival St. Patrick’s Day is celebrated primarily in Killarney Village with live music, entertainment, and culinary highlights.

March 13 to April 12 Knotts Berry Farm: The Boysenberry Festival celebrates the little berry that started it all. Special dishes, live music, entertainment, and activities for young and old are on the agenda.

March 13 to April 12 Dollywood: The I Will Always Love You Festival revolves around music and the songwriters behind it. The festival aims to spread love and bring people together through music. There will also be culinary accompaniments.

March 13-29 Silver Dollar City: During Spring Break, there are many activities for the entire family, from engaging shows to live music and delicious treats.

March 14-15 Sesame Place Philadelphia: There will be lively celebrations here around St. Patrick’s Day. In addition to the attractions, there will be shows, a parade, a scavenger hunt, and special dining offers.

March 17 Sea World Orlando: St. Patrick’s Day is celebrated in style here. The Irish Marketplace is transformed into a festive venue full of entertainment, music, and culinary delights.

March 21-22 Sesame Place Philadelphia: Furry Friends Weekend puts your friends from Sesame Street in the spotlight. Of course, there will be meet & greets, special shows, and a big parade.

March 26 to May 17 Sea World San Antonio: The Seven Seas Food Festival highlights the culinary offerings that the sea has to offer. There are more than 100 food, beer, wine, and cocktail options. The festival is accompanied by live music and a special entertainment program.

March 28 to April 6 Sesame Place Philadelphia: To celebrate Easter, there is Elmo’s Eggstravaganza. An Easter celebration with themed shows, culinary offerings, and a big parade.
