The theme park Efteling near Kaatsheuvel is expanding its accommodation options with another hotel. Work on the project is in full swing and the park has announced that the new hotel will open in summer 2025. Find out what awaits you at the Efteling Grand Hotel, here.
“Spend the night in the heart of Efteling” – this is how the park describes the new accommodation option. The hotel will offer rooms and suites that are both sumptuously and comfortably furnished. There will also be two new restaurants, a boutique and a swimming pool with spa area. Construction of the complex has already begun in fall 2022. Due to delays in the construction work, the opening had to be postponed from 2024 to 2025.
Rooms
The 140 rooms and suites spread over 7 floors and each room has a view of the park and will be elegantly designed in a color theme. Efteling is committed to the highest quality when it comes to the furnishings and especially the beds.
Brasserie 7
Brasserie 7 will be one of the two new restaurants and will serve classics of all kinds. The names of the dishes will of course be adapted and dishes such as “Dragon’s Breath” or “Fine Dust” will be on the menu. The restaurant will have a winter garden with a view of the “Aquanura” water show.
Restaurant and Bar Mystique
The second restaurant invites you to round off the day. Here, you can enjoy a delicious dinner in a cozy atmosphere or have a signature cocktail in the lounge bar. Of course, the usual bar snacks will also be available here.
Pool and Spa
Relaxation is also provided. There will be a spacious pool with loungers. Other facilities include a sauna, a steam bath and a massage parlor. The area is perfect for putting your feet up after a long day in the park.
