Jaderpark will start its 30th season on March 21, 2026. To mark the anniversary, visitors can look forward to a mix of new offerings, events and further developments throughout the park. A new attraction has also been announced for summer.

New family attraction “Torfschleuder”

One of the main highlights of the anniversary season is a new attraction in the themed area “Lütjes Moor.” The “Torfschleuder” will be a large swinging ride of the Wild Swing type, themed as a peat crane.

The attraction is designed to reach heights of up to 12 meters and will further expand the existing themed area surrounding the family roller coaster “Ziegelblitz.” The new ride is scheduled to open in summer 2026.

Anniversary season with events and family focus

To celebrate its 30th anniversary, the park is offering a wide range of events throughout the season. Among them is the Cosplay Day on July 11, 2026, which returns after its debut last year.

The Halloween event in October will also return, once again offering family-friendly spooky experiences.

The park is also making a clear statement on pricing: there will be no price increases during the 2026 season. Both day tickets and season passes will remain at their current levels, and parking will continue to be free of charge.

Park development and focus on animal care

In recent months, several measures have been implemented across the park. In addition to maintenance work and infrastructure improvements, older facilities have been removed to make space for new leisure and experience areas.

At the same time, the park continues to focus on the sustainable development of its animal care. Instead of expanding the number of species, the emphasis is on improving existing habitats.

Currently, new additions are drawing attention: two young capybaras were born in early February and can already be seen by visitors.

30 years of development into a theme park

Since its opening, Jaderpark has evolved from a traditional zoo into a combined amusement and animal park. Over the years, rides, play areas and themed worlds have been continuously expanded.

With new attractions, stable prices and a strong focus on families, the park aims to continue its development during this anniversary year.
