Walibi Holland starts its new season on April 5th and not only that, because two large roller coasters will open at the same time. The double ride guarantees fun for everyone and will be called “YOY”.
The new roller coasters are of the type single-rail coaster , which means that there is only a single track. It is also a double ride, meaning that the two coasters interact with each other. In addition, one of the rides is family-friendly and the other is a thrill ride. So everyone can decide for themselves which side they want to ride and both families and thrill-seekers can enjoy the new adventure.
The chill side is family-friendly and does not include any inversions, i.e. no overhead elements. There are definitely interactive elements and a fun ride is guaranteed.
The thrill side, on the other hand, runs through six inversions and offers a fast ride with a top speed of 82 km/h.
The coasters are manufactured by Rocky Mountain Construction from the USA, who are delivering their first coasters to Europe with “YOY”. This is also the very first double ride of this roller coaster type. This means that a unique adventure is coming to Europe.
