Tips for families

The spring fair is described as particularly family-friendly. In addition to the weekly family day with lots of discounts and a special program for the whole family, there are other special features that are not normal at every funfair. Many of the restaurateurs offer extra children’s portions and children’s plates. Also worth mentioning are baby changing rooms and free toilets. There is also a children’s collection point where lost children are looked after until their parents turn up. And of course there are numerous rides that even the little ones can ride.

Festival Tents

In addition to the usual booths, there are 5 different festival tents with individual programs and activities. Admission to the tents is free, but there is an admission barrier once the maximum number of people has been reached. It is therefore possible to make reservations in advance. Further information and the individual programs can be found here: https://www.stuttgarter-fruehlingsfest.de/en/tents/

How to get there

The fairground can be reached by car, bus, public transport, on foot or by bicycle. There are guarded parking facilities for cars and parking spaces for bicycles directly at the Wasen for an additional charge. There are also parking spaces for people with disabilities at the fairground entrance. Due to the large number of visitors, it is recommended to travel by public transport, as there may be traffic jams and waiting times when looking for a parking space.
